We met back in 2018 when we were both in high school. While attending the races in McCool, our paths crossed for the first time, and although no conversation was had we both noticed each other. I was with my family and Colby was a part of Dawson's pit crew. A few months later I got a friend request on Snapchat, it was from Colby. We slowly started talking and a friendship turned into a love story. On May 20, 2019, Colby officially asked me to be his girlfriend and we've been together since!

Colby and I have started a summer trip tradition. Usually, we take a group of friends with us, and for a week we explore a place in the United States that is new to both of us.

Last summer, Colby decided we would go to Texas and while I had never been, Texas holds a special place in Colby's heart. After spending five days on the beach, Colby proposed to me under the Bob Hall Pier in Corpus Christi. This spot has become a favorite to both of us and we can't wait to travel back in the future.

Together we have just started a life in North Eastern Nebraska. Colby works in Caroll, Nebraska, and I am currently finishing up my semester of Student Teaching at Westside Elementary in Norfolk.

We have purchased a house in Pierce, Nebraska, and plan to spend a while there before moving back closer to home. We can't wait for the next chapter and hope to celebrate the beginning of it with all of you!
